The finished storage unit

The on going project in our basement is finally done. My husband now has a new desk area that he loves and we have finally put pictures and other things back on the walls. It's looking really good and we have stuffed the shelves full!

All right I promised a few more pictures of our downstairs and the painting. The painting has been completed and the curtains hung. The furniture has yet to be set yup and Pete is working hard to replace plugs and light covers so that they are all the same colour. The colour of the walls was hard to capture with the camera.

There will be more work done on this room including a custom built shelving unit. That is in the works but is at least a month or more away. I will post pictures when it is done.
