For several years I have worn long pashmina type scarves but now with my son I found they get in the way during winter getting him in and out of the car seat last year I was getting tangled. So even though we are experience a very warm and mild September I approached a local knitter HH Crafts to create a cowl for me using this cowl pattern . I choose to have the cowl made in black so I could accent it with some buttons. When I went to sleep last night I had an idea for my first buttons.
There will be a button in the front and the toggle will go through the knit of hte cowl to hold it closed. I will come back and share a picture of the finished cowl
